The challenge
Each box needed to feel fresh while the underlying work remained repeatable. A vendor could change. A product could be delayed. A creative idea still had to fit the budget and shipping timeline. The experience depended on coordinating those choices, not just having them.
What I built
I founded and operated the business and developed its recurring product and fulfillment process. Over its life, Coffee and a Classic shipped more than 11,000 boxes and generated more than $500,000 in revenue across multiple years. Those are the outcomes of that business, not results delivered to a later ASQ client.
What it taught me
A physical product runs on information. When a process repeats with changing inputs, the useful question is which facts, decisions, and handoffs need to carry forward. That question still guides the digital systems I design today.
