Depending on the project, support may include agreed page and offer updates, changes to approved business context, small workflow refinements, and a regular check of what needs attention.
What we agree up front
Your plan names the supported site or system, a monthly time or request allowance, response expectations, and how to ask for an update. You know what is covered before the month begins.
When something bigger comes up
A new page, integration, workflow, or redesign receives its own quote. You can also maintain the documented system yourself; ongoing support is optional.
Price and scope
Plans from $195 per month, with a written allowance and terms based on the system being supported. Software and hosting costs are separate unless the agreement includes them.
